For capital companies and cooperative partnerships!

Re-registration of equity capital to euro until 30th June of this year is mandatory for ALL capital companies (Ltd. and JSC) and cooperative partnerships.

We would like to draw Your attention to the fact that from 01.07.2016 the state duty and publication cost will be applied to companies that haven't re-registered equity capital to euro. Documents need to have a certification from a sworn notary or an official from the register of enterprises, or they must be signed with secure electronic signature that contains timestamp. Certification on the document from an institution official costs 7.11 EUR for a person.
